This is a really weird issue. I recently reformatted my computer due to a couple of minor issues and now I've found that anytime I minimize a game that is not running at my desktop's 4K resolution, the taskbar slightly expands (up, one snap point), even though it's locked. Every single time I have to unlock the task bar, and bring it back down to it's original size. For example, I've attached two pictures. One is my normal taskbar, the other is when I had a game running @ 1920x1080 and minimized it. Even when I exit the game it doesn't reset, I have to do it manually. Any ideas? I've running 2xGTX 780s in SLI on a 4K monitor @ 60 hz.
