So this issue occurs on both a Windows 7 and Windows 10 laptop. I'm wondering if it's a network path issue, but when I click on the file explorer icon in the quick launch tray, the file explorer program freezes and won't load anything for a long time. When it does load, it bogs down the entire laptop. But, when, on both machines, on use the menu embedded file explorer, the program loads fine and no issues. Does anyone know why the icon version would cause this issue? I'm wondering if the target shortcut is different for the embedded version such that I could just copy it into the new version or if this isn't a shortcut thing at all.
