Why is an offline installer needs internet access to install?!? :huh:
I downloaded the IE 11 offline package (about 50 meg or so) and it would not install without internet access.... isn't the whole point of an offline installer is to be able to install something offline, that is, without inet access? :uhh:
I guess when it comes to MS, conventional logic may or may not apply. :p
