MS Office 2016 32-bit vs 64-bit?

I am planning to install Office 2016 on my Win10 x64 notebook and my question is that should I install the x64 version of Office 2016 or stick with the 32-bit version? I rarely use Excel or Word and the odds of me having to use extra large data sets or files are close to none. In other words, I do not intend to utilize large Office data files in which the 64-bit versions of Office are more suitable for that purpose. So should I stick with using 32-bit versions of MS Office? And my next question is, is the 64-bit Office much faster in performance compared to the 32-bit Office? Thanks in advance!
