Does this Win10 Cumulative update install the Anniversary Update to Windows 10 1511?

Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1511: August 9, 2016 KB3176493
If so we need to avoid it as the Anniversary Update failed to install on two of our three computers and has had enough problems on the other one that we've rolled back to version 1511 of Windows 10 and want to stay with that version rather than go through the agony of the Anniversary Update all over again.
