[WIN10] Problems With Task Scheduler

I'm trying to use Task Scheduler (Windows 10 Anniversary Edition) to automatically run Windows Defender. While I THINK I have everything correct, when it comes time for it to run I get the message "the operator or administrator has refused the request" with a 0X800710E0 error code. Clearly I've done something wrong or have forgotten to do something (task scheduler isn't exactly intuitive) but everything LOOKS OK. Any ideas??
