I recently reloaded a laptop for someone that had Office 2003 installed. I got everything reloaded, and all the email restored, and everything appears to work except for one thing.
They get a daily weather report email from The Weather Channel, and this email will not display properly. All you get is the html code for what is supposed to be there. Now normally, when I've seen this in the past, you are given an option to convert to HTML, and all is well with the world, but I can't see an option like that anywhere. I've dug through the mail options, and can't find anything that addresses this. Help?
It's Office 2003 with Service Pack 3 installed, along with the compatibility pack for 07 Office systems. Of course, it worked before I reloaded her system, but how it did so, I don't know.
She had AVG installed, and I read somewhere that AVG is known to cause this, so I removed it to test, and that did not work. (now running Avast) So I don't know where else to look.
