I was doing some cleanup on my wife's laptop and realized that she still has Windows Vista installed (that's how often I'm on that machine). Now that 8 is out and most Vista users have presumably migrated a long time ago, it's harder to find info on upgrades from Vista to 7, and I'm wondering if anyone here is aware of any deals, or has other suggestions related to an upgrade.
