[Excel] Creating sections by grouping, and hiding/unhiding them

I have a spreadsheet with lots of columns (A to BX, to be exact) and I found that it is somewhat (?!) difficult to work with. I would like to group, say, 8 related columns together under some heading, and be able to hide/unhide them with a single click. Is it possible to do that in Excel? If yes, how? TIA -- Wacky Races 2012!
