I inherited a couple Thinkpads (T60 - 1951-43U). I put ubuntu on one and had to manually download a driver for the wireless nic, which I wrote off as an linux issue.
Then I put win7 on this one and the wireless adapter just plain doesn't exist. Windows has no clue it's there. Wireless is enabled in the bios. I've reinstalled the drivers multiple times and Windows thinks this laptop doesn't have a wireless adapter. My googlefu is failing me after almost a week.
Has anyone seen like this before?
