Passsword Hint and adding a third Admin account?

My Admin account has no password and is a local account. I also set up (last November) the hidden, default Admin account that I unhid. I password protected it and listed a hint. (It is also a local account. I have no Microsoft accounts because I don't use Metro side at all and use no Metro apps - had hoped 8.1 would allow us to get rid of Metro entirely). I wanted to check and make sure I remember the password. I could do that on XP in User Accounts but all I can see to do on Win 8 is change the password. I want to know if I am remembering it correctly as no need to change it if I am remembering correctly. But I can't see any way to do anything but change it! Plus, how do I activate the password hint that is on it (as seeing the hint might make me sure I do remember the password)? Is the only way to check to see if I remember correctly is to boot to that account? How do I do that? I don't boot to a login window on my local Admin account so how do I tell Windows 8 to boot to the default admin account that does have a password that I want to check? Is that only available on Metro side in Special Boot Options that usually won't appear? Also, how do I add ANOTHER admin account? I don't want to add a user which I think would only be a standard user account. -- When governments fear people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny.
