What's this? Says my speed is 17.8 kb/s when in actuality it's over 1mb/s. I noticed this first earlier today at work--at one point it actually said zero kb/s when it was going around 150. Noticed this on Windows 7 x86 and x64 using IE9. I seem to remember this being accurate in the recent past. Another Microsoft update causing mischief? Anyone else having a similar experience?
