it's a Lenovo ThinkServer TS140
it used to be able to do so before ...
so to make sure nothing is wrong with this OS, I just installed another fresh version of Win 10 official from Microsoft - it did NOT help
when I try to do command: powercfg /hibernate on
I get quote:>
Hibernation failed with the following error: The request is not supported.
The following items are preventing hibernation on this system.
The system firmware does not support hibernation.I'm thinking the issue must be with my BIOS?
or any other ideas?

I did enable: "Enhanced power saving mode"
I did try to enable the "OS Optimized defaults" to no avail
