I bought my wife an SP2 late last year. She has been very pleased with it so far.
The one major issue she is having is the printer constantly showing as offline. It's not, as I can print fine from my Win 8.1 Pro machine fine. It's something machine specific that I have not been able to figure out. I see other people have posted similar questions online, but no solutions have been found.
Has anyone else seen this behavior? Any ideas on how to fix?
