Is there a link out there so I can download an installation image of Windows 8? I have a valid OEM product key.
The thing is my laptop came with no recovery media, just an image on the HDD but the motherboard has been swapped so now Windows is rejecting the embedded product key.
I sent it back to the store and got them to activate Windows, so I downloaded 'Magic Jellybean keyfinder' and 'HWinfo' and pulled the updated product key and serial number and printed a copy.
Now the only thing I am missing is the installation media to do a fresh install. Any ideas?
