Assuming a PC running Win8.1 has multiple NICs, is it possible to restrict the access to those NICs depending on the user? As an example, a PC has 2 NICs, one of them connected to the management LAN. Is it possible that only the Admin user has access to the management LAN and not the other users of the PC? Can this be done in Win8.1?
