I have a Dell Inspiron Notebook with 8.1 and I reset the password 4 times and it gets rejected. I tried using the onscreen keyboard and it still will not accept the password.
I know the password works because I can go to another computer and sign into the MS Account.

Edit: I managed to get MS on the phone and they have no clue!!! 12:40PM
2nd Edit: After almost 2 hours on the phone with MS they "threw in the towel" and said I have to reload Windows or perform a Dell restoration.
