On Windows 8 the default icon file seems to be Imageres.dll, but when changing an icon you can browse and select Shell32.dll for a different selection of icons. Is it possible to combine the icons from these files into a single file ? Are there any other system icon libraries besides these two files ?
When searching Google I find lots of programs to combine individual images and / or .ico files, but none seem to deal with .dll files.
Edit - Changed my GoogleFoo. Found a program that will scan a folder and allow all icons from every file to be saved into a new file. Perfect.
