I previously had Win 7 Pro on my machine. In order to do a fresh install, you first have to do an in-place install, create an image (USB or DVD) and then you can do a fresh, full install. It's a cluster but I was able to get it done.
Win 10 seems ok. I am trying to set it up as close to Win 7 layout as possible. That POS Win 8 didn't even make it on my machine.
I am finding that lots of vendors do not have drivers for Win 10 yet so I am having to run quite a few drivers in Win 7 compatibility mode. I am starting to move towards Linux more but decided to give Win another try. Maybe MS is starting to open up to open source?? Nah, I'm dreaming.
