[WIN7] Need help! - Partition problem - how to convert RAW to NTFS?

I'm not sure what happened but I need some help. I was copying files between secondary (WD RED 3TB) and tertiary drives on my desktop. I think the files copied over ok and I shutdown my PC. Upon booting my PC, windows would not load. I had to go to the "Last known good configuration" and that enabled me to boot up windows. However, my secondary HDD is no longer accessible. It shows up as RAW now instead of NTFS and windows is asking me to format the drive. I am able to run a SMART scan and the secondary HDD is healthy - it is not even one year old so I think the drive is fine and this is a software issue. I opened up a partition program and it shows this but I'm not sure what I'm looking at (Drive D:). I'm wondering if there is somehow a partition error because there is no longer a single 3TB drive. Did the last known good configuration change something in the boot process/MBR? How do I fix this? I'm a longtime member, not sure if this is the right place to post for help and if not please move... edit: added a SS from DM
