This is showing up all over the place. 252,000,000 results in Google.
Revise a document and try to save it. You can't. Change Documents folder properties by un-selecting Read Only and the folder reverts to Read Only instantly. Select all the documents inside the Documents folder and un-select the Read Only attribute and they revert to read only instantly with an Error Applying Attributes message.
I've have not tried drilling down to the Command Line and doing this manually, and if I have to go that far, I'll go back to Win 7.
Is this happening to everyone, or just a select group, and why?
