[WIN10] Win10 on SSD, using OEM install without disk

Hi guys I have an Asus U43JC laptop that has a faulty HDD. It still works, but from time to time it just stops working. for this reason I bought an SSD (crucial V4) I'm running Win7-64 SP1 on the laptop. it is OEM, without an install disk. How would I go about upgrading to windows 10, but using the SSD drive? I read that the OS only associates with the motherboard, so I don't think there should be an issue. What steps do I need to take to make this happen, and what partition should I use? Many thanks
