[WIN10] How-to disable sharing programs and close network connections?

I have privacy and security issues with several of the default and pre-configured applications that will come with Windows 10 home and Pro, including but not limited to automatic data-sharing, contact collection, updates to Windows and hardware drivers, Cortana, One Drive, WiFi sense, etc. Before installing Windows 10 on personal and small business systems that have sensitive data on them, I'd like to remove applications and close network connections that could inadvertently be activated by users, and even bork hardware and software or expose more connections and data through feature additions/improvements, defective patch and driver updates. Presently, it's a moving target and hardly a straightforward process to discover and eliminate these potential exposures. Does anyone know of a comprehensive guide or tool set to remove and block unwanted features and mitigate these risks? Thanks in advance for your help, EG -- If no mistake have you made, yet losing you are … a different game you should play - Yoda
