[IE] Problems watching mp4 video on IE 10

There's a new video at my ISP's website, Oceanic.com, and on IE 10 on Windows 8.0 Pro it won't play. It says "invalid source". Why won't it play? I discovered that on right click on the video window that if I copy the URL for the video and paste it in a new tab on IE then it will play in WMP.
