[WIN10] Windows Update MiniTool

This is a tool that works most likely from Windows 7 and later (maybe XP too). You run it as a standalone application from within the OS that's running. I haven't really experimented enough with it but I know you can use it with 10 and at least on its face you can hide updates or download them but not install (had a little trouble with this last feature--couldn't find the download). If this in fact gives you the freedom to hide or bypass installing updates in Win 10 it would be a major step forward against the forced update policy of Microsoft with 10. Has a 32- and 64-bit version. See: http://www.ghacks.net/2015/10/10/windows-update-minitool-is-a-third-party-client-for-updating-windows/. Easy download here: http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/windows_update_minitool.html. You might also have to download the English language translation here: https://yadi.sk/d/S8VdlJ5Kj2wX6 and possibly wsusscn2.cab (put both in program folder--see http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r30350053-Free-Windows-Update-MiniTool for instructions. Of course there's the hide update tool that Microsoft has provided, but it'd be great if this tool performs as hoped since you can manage everything regarding updates all in one place.
