[Excel] Creating a Timesheet

Hi guys, I'm new to this site and in search of answers. I thought I knew how to use Excel but this task that I have been given is on a whole different level. I've gone through other posts within this sub forum and haven't found what i'm looking for so I hope you can all help me. Basically, I'm working for a construction company and we need to know who is on site at all times. So this sheet has got nothing to do with pay roll timing but knowing how many people are on the site is the most important thing. Everyone who needs to access the site has a card with the bar code of their government ID Which does have letters and numerals in it. This is in a main data spreadsheet. The Barcode is the IC NO and what I plan to do is have someone at the gate with a laptop and a barcode scanner to scan everyone when they come in and again when they leave. People who will be coming in for one or two days will be given a temporary pass with it's own unique bar code, so basically, couriers and such won't be an issue. So what I'd like some assistance in achieving is this: A clock on Clock off sheet which shows for each day when each person came and when they left. Also, I would like a dynamic sheet which shows who has clocked on but hasn't clocked off, basically a who's on site List. I'm using 2010 Excel also. I've made a mock up with the assistance of one of my friends. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_ZCTe6DsdA7aGl6UWF4b3RLUkU/view?usp=sharing Sheet1 already has a VB program written on it that creates a clearable weekly record. Whether or not we use this program to gather the information is if it makes the process easier. What I would like is for this data to go onto the stats sheet that I have put in the mockup. This data would mainly be for daily viewing use so the pivot table isn't necessary. One issue my supervisor has alerted me to with the current program is it's inability to record someone going in and out multiple times. People on this site could leave it an unlimited amount of times so I might need some assistance in implementing this. Another way to solving this problem with the multiple clocks would be to using a system like the one bellow. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_ZCTe6DsdA7YXB5bzY1NFNzTHc/view?usp=sharing Nevertheless, I'm very grateful to have the opportunity to pick the excel guru brains and Thanks very much!
