My work email stopped working yesterday, and I wonder if there's any way to figure out what's going on and fix it. (I already contacted my lab manager and he contacted some other person, but I don't think anything will happen today)
Right now it's pretty much hanged with a spinning cursor, and saying at the bottom that it's "DISCONNECTED". Other times it was saying "TRYING TO CONNECT". Restarting Outlook or the PC don't seem to have much effect.
Trying to click "FILE -> Options" throws me back "HOME" and insta-hang Outlook.
My network connectivity, at least to the internet is fine, and other people around me do not have issue with their work email. I'm on Win 10, if that matters... :uhh:
