Noob here. Win 10 on PC as of yesterday.
Tried to scan to desktop from Canon imageCLASS D550. Either I get a long 'processing' period followed by cancellation or it says 'connect to computer'. It is connected via USB cable.
Spoke with Canon. They said it was an issue with Windows Image Acquisition Service not stopping. If I manually try to stop it I receive an ERROR 1061 message saying that it could not be stopped.
Any solution?
