When I try to open IE 9 on Win 7, The internet explorer window comes up but then closes right away and gives me the download box asking where I want to save the homepage to. Save and open is grayed out. I tried to restore advanced settings in IE and clicked the reset button on the advanced tab. That did not seem to help. It doesn't matter what we have set for the homepage, it won't even bring up google. Internet Explorer 64 bit will come up just fine, but not everything we use will work in that. It's almost like it doesn't know what to do with the .htm files, but .htm files are set to use Internet Explorer. Any suggestions?
