...is it possible?
i just spent a great deal trouble shooting my laptop because a certain software's service did not want to start upon boot up...
-i tried uninstalling all software that may be incompatible with
-i tried debugging the software by reading the manual
-i tried going to a previous saved image that i had
-i went to factory image
all to no avail...so my last option turned out to be my solution...re-installing windows.
conclusion-something from factory image was causing my software not to play nice with pre-installed software.
now that i know this...i want to get rig of the factory image and replace is with a new one fully patched....either that, or rely on 3rd party software to image.
replacing the factory image would be the most convenient...why?
-no need for winPE, for example
-faster recovery time
-convenience
so has anyone done this: replaced the factory image with your own?
thanks in advance.
