A nephews WIN7 laptop had a blue screen and it prompted him to to a repair. Now when he goes to log in to his usual account, he gets a message that he is directed to a temporary account (guest account). Going to switch users his usual account says logged on but he is only accessing the guest account. With the guest account he can navigate the OS drive to the 'users' folder and see his usual account's file structure. He just can't log into his usual account as it keeps redirecting him to a guest account. I was able to create a new account an log in and out of it.
I guess the question is, does anybody have a suggestion on how he can get his usual account back the way it was?
