We have a support email that is no longer being used by end users (a new one is being used). But sometimes they still use that, expecting to hear a reply.
So I was able to set it up so that their email gets kicked back to them.
We in IT actually use the support email to ask questions in our own department.
But I'd like to edit that generic message to something that reminds them to use the newer help desk email.
Also while I'm asking, can I include a screen shot within that auto reply? If not, it's cool
So, can it be done?
