I tried to send an email to customer service at this company and got back the above error. I read a Microsoft article on this error that didn't make much sense.
What is that about contacting "your helpdesk"? What "helpdesk"? Looks to me this is an "outlook.com" error not an error originating from my Thunderbird email client or from my ISP.
