I have a friend who's looking to submit some UI feedback to Microsoft directly. She does a lot of Tech support, and she's pieced a proposal for Windows 9 UI tweaks. What are where are the right places for her to submit this to Microsoft?
Caveats:
I haven't seen her proposal, and I'm not much of a Windows guy, other than for gaming. I'm just looking to give her a legitimate avenue to submit her proposals, and one where she can get credited if the ideas get used in a fashion or another.
