I recently did a fresh install of Windows7. The problem I am having is with Windows Update. When first installed it auto set to automatic download and install. I changed it to Check for updates but to let me download and install. This changed caused update to stop working, after several attempts to fix the problem I recovered from a previous restore point. Everything worked good for a day then update started downloading and installing the updates automatically again, yet it is still set to only Check for updates. Any suggestion welcomed. I should mention that the updates to download Windows10 were not installed.
